How I Recovered from a Herniated Disc (Slipped Disc) Injury?
In this episode of The Candid Fitness, I talk about my experience recovering from a herniated disc (slipped disc) injury. I created this episode as I always wished that I knew someone who has been through a similar journey. Someone who could possibly guide me or at least give me this assurance that I will eventually recover. In spite of being on almost bed rest for about 6 weeks, I recovered completely. Now, I am able to do things that I could never imagine during those days.
